Corporate Accounting Expert (M/F/X)

Responsibilities:


Act as an interface between Corporate Accounting and Webasto Business Service (WBS) on accounting and reporting related guidelines, processes and projects;
Key driver of Process design and improvements in line with Group accounting policies internal control system requirements;
Drive and monitor Accounting implementation of legal changes (Merger, Carve Outs) and other Finance Projects (e.g. Factoring, Leasing);
Ensure that Webasto Accounting guideline and related standard operating model is properly applied by all entities in scope of WBS and provide respective training to WBS accounting and local finance teams;
Coordinate the year end audit between WBS and Corporate Accounting.


Requirements:


Big 4 Auditor, 5-7 years experience or GBS R2R GPO 3-5 years experience;
Sound accounting knowledge according to IFRS;
Advanced knowledge of SAP/FI and SAP/CO as well as high implementation competence of processes in SAP;
Good knowledge of finance end to end processes (e.g. R2R, P2P, O2C) and interface with non-finance functions;
Understanding of Business Shared Service Center setup (is a plus);
Knowledge and experience in the implementation of an internal control system;
Experience in a production environment would be very beneficial.
