As a Copywriter, you will be a part of the Brand team, and play a pivotal role in bringing Barkyn's aura to life through words, across all communication channels.Specifically, we expect you to:Create the messaging for our website, newsletters, social media and other channels.Develop scripts for videos.Create messaging guidelines for our internal and external teams.Act as a brand guardian to ensure we're executing in line with our guidelines by reviewing and giving feedback on assets produced, plus organizing regular coaching sessions.Work with our network of freelancers to ensure message consistency.Mandatory RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience as a copywriter.Experience in DTC businesses.Experience at a medium-sized startup in the recent past, ideally at a scale up journey.Love for dogs.Fluent in English and Portuguese.Portfolio with relevant work which you were primarily responsible for.Ability to create emotionally resonant copy while also being capable to develop conversion-oriented copy.Comfortable in high-pressure and high-stakes environments.Able to operate independently in ambiguous situations.BROWNIE POINTSDog owner.Experience in a DTC subscription service.Immediate availability.Comfortable with in Spanish and/or Italian languages.
