Sou uma empresa: Portugal Travel TeamWe're a leading Destination Management Company in Portugal, with over 28 years of delivering unforgettable events. Based in the heart of Lisbon, we create world-class programs for our global clients. We're expanding our team and are looking for motivated individuals to join at three different levels: Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. Why Join Us? Be part of a company with a strong reputation and a dynamic, diverse team. Grow within a role that matches your experience and ambition. Work in vibrant Lisbon, surrounded by energy and culture. Immediate openings available for all levels. About You: Assistant PM: 0-2 years of experience in event management or related fields. Project Manager: 2-5 years of experience, ideally in a DMC or event management role. Senior PM: 5+ years of experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its key MICE segment. Fluent in English and Portuguese. Relevant education in Tourism, Hospitality, or Event Management. Passionate about creating exceptional events with a strong attention to detail. Enjoy working in a collaborative, in-office environment (we have a great one!) where teamwork and communication are key. Flexible, adaptable, and thrive under pressure. Great communication skills and experience in project management (proportional to the role you're applying). What you'll do, but on different levels: Assistant PM (0-2 years of experience): Support Project Managers by assisting in proposal creation and budget preparation while learning how to work with suppliers and clients. As you grow, you'll gradually start experiencing the off-site side of the role, managing services and gaining hands-on event experience. Project Manager (2-5 years of experience): Manage projects from initial creation to flawless execution, fostering strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring that all aspects of the event run smoothly. You'll bring creativity, logistical expertise, and a deep understanding of the services we offer to every project. Senior PM (5+ years of experience): Lead project teams and take responsibility for large-scale, complex events. You'll demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the different segments within the industry—such as incentives, congresses, meetings —and oversee the entire event lifecycle. Additionally, you will mentor Project Managers by sharing your expertise and industry knowledge. Ready to join our PTTeam? Send us your CV and let's grow together. Requisitos :
