Our client is a leading organization in the hospitality sector.The role involves:Coordination, management, and supervision of tourism-hotelier operations.Management of the activities and functions of the Managers and Management teams of the hotels and golf courses.Cooperation with internal stakeholders to generate growth and consolidate properties in Portugal by increasing income, reducing costs and expenses, and increasing productivity.Maintaining and renovating facilities and updating systems and procedures.Supervision of major purchases of equipment and tools, new or replacements, for operations.Working closely with the Regional Director of Human Resources on staffing and training.Ensuring managers operate within their budget.Responsible financial management of assigned hotels in partnership with the leadership team, developing annual budgets to accurately forecast financial performance and deliver financial results.Monitoring costs and investments, making recommendations to reduce costs and maximize returns.Providing coaching and mentoring to management staff in the assigned portfolio, including 1:1 sessions and completion of annual performance appraisals.Ensuring that all assigned assets are properly maintained and protected, and that life safety programs, compliance, and organizational standards are enforced.Perfil idealQualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Business, Hotel & Restaurant Management or similar.Master's Degree or MBA highly desirable.Proven ability to manage a team of four or more director-level or above team members.Minimum of 5 to 8 years experience in management hospitality operations.Strong experience in Golf.Strong track record of driving client and customer satisfaction.Proven ability to work effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced, and P&L driven environment.Advanced knowledge of PMS, Purchase, POS, and accounting software.Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Portuguese).Additional notes:Reference project in the hospitality sector.A great culture fueled by an ambitious and passionate team.
