Fluent in English or C1 English-level

Profile & Skills
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in CRO or a similar role
Advanced knowledge in tools such as Google Analytics, MS Clarity/Hotjar & Google Tag Manager
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Experience in designing and executing A/B tests
Fluency in English - eliminatory factor
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with different teams
Analytical ability and results-oriented

Responsibilities
Perform detailed data analysis related to digital user/customer behaviour, identifying opportunities for optimization
Design, execute, and analyse A/B tests to perform significant improvements in conversion rate
Evaluate the entire conversion funnel proposing solutions to improve effectiveness
Develop content personalization strategies to provide more relevant experiences for customers
Collaborate with the web development team to implement necessary technical changes to improve conversion rate
Develop market and customer research to understand
