About The Role As the CRO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving conversion rates across all our digital platforms. You will be responsible for improving the percentage of website and app visitors who take a desired action, such as making a purchase, downloading a resource, or engaging with a product. You will work closely with product, developers, UX, and the data team, to drive event tracking implementation, design and execute A/B tests, and identify best practices to improve user engagement and conversions. You will also be responsible for providing data-driven insights to inform strategy and ensure that the right metrics are being tracked to measure success. Key Responsibilities Conversion Optimisation Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive conversion optimisation strategy across all brands, ensuring that key user touchpoints are optimised for maximum engagement and conversion rates. Event Tracking & Implementation: Collaborate with product managers and developers to set up, refine, and optimize event tracking across our websites and apps. Ensure that all necessary conversion and behavioral events are accurately tracked and reported. A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to identify opportunities for conversion improvement. Regularly test landing pages, funnels, and features to determine the best-performing variants. Data Analysis & Reporting: Work with our internal data team to define what metrics and KPIs should be reported on, and ensure the accuracy of the data being captured. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on their data analysis. Collaborative Work: Partner closely with product, development, marketing, and design teams to align on goals and ensure that CRO efforts are fully integrated with broader product and marketing strategies. Identify Best Practices: Stay on top of CRO and UX/UI best practices and industry trends, implementing new ideas and strategies that can further enhance the user journey across platforms. Funnel Optimization: Analyze user flows, conversion funnels, and behavior to pinpoint areas of friction. Recommend strategies to reduce drop-off rates and increase conversion rates
