Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Join our team as a Controlling Business Analyst and play a critical role in managing and overseeing the financial aspects of investment projects. Your expertise in controlling cost centers, coordinating with consultants and auditors, and ensuring compliance with government agencies will be crucial in driving project success.
Prepare and submit investment project applications to secure funding and support project initiation;
Control and monitor specific cost centers for investment projects, ensuring budget adherence;
Prepare and submit payment requests to ensure timely funding for project activities;
Coordinate project activities with consultants and auditors, ensuring smooth project execution;
Monitor audits and respond to clarification requests from government agencies managing the projects.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Know How: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); proficiency in SAP at the FI/CO level.
Languages: English proficiency at B2 level (spoken and written).
Working Style and Methods: Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Personality: Detail-oriented with good communication skills; proactive and adaptable in dynamic environments.
