LEICA PORTUGAL is looking for a Controller for its facilities in V. N. Famalicão.Mission:Reporting to the Group Controlling, the Controller will be responsible for the planning and controlling activities for the new sales Scandinavian subsidiary of Leica Camera AG, as well as the governance of intercompany charges worldwide.Main Tasks:Active participation in annual budget planningPreparation of regular sales reports and monthly group reports and financial forecastsInventory controlling and support of the annual inventoryEnsuring complete and accurate accountingPreparation, analysis, and, if necessary, presentation of the monthly income statementSupport in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statementsPreparation and support of auditsCost and performance accountingMonitoring and, if necessary, modifying the conditions systemPreparation of contribution margin calculations and price controlsMaintenance of cost types and cost centers, as well as responsibility for cost controlMaintenance and development of the relevant master data in the ERP systemSupport the management team on commercial issuesBusiness analysis of business processesDevelopment and monitoring of relevant key figuresParticipation or implementation of projects to improve processes and resultsCoordination with local authorities and service providersOversee the process of intercompany charges between Leica CompaniesProfile Required:University degree in Finance, Economics, or Business AdministrationMinimum 2 years of professional experience in auditing in a Big 4 CompanyGood knowledge of Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statementsExperience using SAP System and other accounting programs or equivalent is an advantageAdvanced level of Excel and query trainingAdvanced level of English, written and spoken, is mandatory - German will be an advantageStrategic and analytical, structured, independent way of workingResilience and flexibilityAbility to solve problems and communicate at all levelsWillingness to travelJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:Meal Card/TicketFree ParkingFlexible HoursHealth InsuranceWorking Hours:Monday to FridayDaily Period8-hour ShiftSelection Question:Do you have experience as an auditor or consultant in a Big 4 Financial Firm?#J-18808-Ljbffr
