We are the Controlling Support Platform Team, a fast-growing project at Forvia's Global Business Services, based in Santa Maria da Feira.Our mission in Controlling Support Platform is to CREATE TOGETHER the most INNOVATIVE controlling services for our customers (Industrial sites, R&D Centers and Headquarters) and improve Forvia's competitiveness, based on a culture of SHARED KNOWLEDGE.What will you do: Create and maintain material master data in SAPPerform analysis over production costs and inventories follow-up, margin analysis, cash flow, sales and raw material deviation analysisFixed costs, engineering projects cost follow-up and cost centers analysisCreate standard reports for decision-making processes on timeGuarantee financial data accuracy and standardizationEnsure that site activities are compliant with Forvia's Internal Control PrinciplesWhat are we looking for in someone who will be a part of a high-performance team:Behavioral and leadership skills:Communication skills, namely English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)Customer Focus, Agility and Innovation skillsA strong spirit of entrepreneurship and teamwork within the Global Business Service organizationProactiveness to foster daily improvementPlanning and organization skillsTechnical Skills:Degree in Economics/Management/Accounting or EquivalentGood software skills (MS Office-Excel)SAP knowledge is a plusWhat can we offer:Integration in a dynamic, young and multidisciplinary teamParticipation in working groups to solve and ensure process improvements to improve efficiency through automationTraining and development opportunities in an international environmentFlexible hours according to Forvia's policy and hybrid work regime (one day per week after 6 months)If you want to transform controlling in Forvia, we would love to get in touch with you!
