For one of our clients – a world-famous, international company, operating in the iGaming field, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Control Room Operations Coordinator. In this role, you'll provide top-level visibility into operational performance, manage incidents and outages, and ensure service levels are met. You'll also play a key role in shaping team workflows, setting KPIs, and promoting continuous improvement within the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the OCR team, ensuring company standards are upheld.
Motivate and coach the team, ensuring effective onboarding and continuous learning.
Provide data analysis, reporting, and operational updates to senior management.
Develop workflows, KPIs, and procedures to improve operational control needs of both individuals and the team, working alongside learning and development personnel.
Contribute to process optimization and the company's growth, with a focus on improving customer experiences.
Lead the team in achieving ISO certification and industry compliance standards.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Bulgarian is a plus).
Extensive experience in operations management, ideally with leadership exposure.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Relevant certifications in project management or operations (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
Experience in the iGaming industry or similar is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and operational control systems.
