Job Description
We are seeking a Contract Compliance Expert to manage corporate indirect supplier contracts support. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire life-cycle of supplier contracts, from negotiation to execution and renewal, ensuring that all terms and conditions meet our company standards and objectives. You will work closely with Category Managers and internal stakeholders to manage contracts with suppliers, minimize deviations and risk, and drive cost efficiency.
The ideal candidate has some background in contract management, procurement, and supplier relationship management within a corporate environment. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make a meaningful impact on our procurement processes.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn Contract Life-cycle Management: Oversee the full life-cycle of contracts with corporate indirect suppliers, including selection of the agreement templates, reviewing, negotiating, and executing agreements.Supplier Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with Top 20 suppliers, ensuring that service levels and performance meet contractual obligations.Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Ensure contracts align with company policies, ESG requirements, and regulatory requirements, managing risks and addressing any compliance issues.Cost Efficiency: Collaborate with procurement and business units to negotiate favorable terms, driving cost efficiencies without compromising quality or service levels.Performance Monitoring: Support on supplier performance measurement against agreed service levels and contractual obligations, addressing any performance issues.Close Collaboration: Work closely with legal, procurement, finance, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth contracting process.Dispute Resolution: Act as a first point of contact for resolving contractual disputes, facilitating resolution in a timely manner. Key Skills And Experience
You have:
Bachelor's degree in Law (Juris Doctor) or Supply Chain Management, with a Master of Laws being highly beneficial for understanding contract law, compliance, and risk mitigation.Procurement Knowledge: Good understanding of procurement processes, particularly in managing corporate indirect suppliers (e.g., Facility, HR, marketing, Professional Services, etc.).Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate favorable contract terms while maintaining appropriate supplier relationships.Risk Management: Willingness to identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments (legal, finance, procurement, IT).Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure contract accuracy and alignment with company standards.Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to evaluate contract performance and resolve issues effectively.Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory for handling contracts and effective communication with internal teams and suppliers. It would be nice if you also had: Contract Management Knowledge: Experience in managing the end-to-end life-cycle of contracts, including negotiation and execution.Familiarity with Contract Life-cycle Management Software: Experience using contract management tools or procurement systems to manage supplier agreements efficiently.
