Your mission will be… Collaborate with the sales team to review and understand customer requirements and contract terms;Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements;Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle, create reports, and initiate actions in case of deviations;Coordinate with internal departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure timely invoicing and delivery of goods or services as per contract terms;Provide support and guidance to the sales team regarding contract-related matters;Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize the contract administration process. We are looking for someone with… Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field;Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role;Strong understanding of contract management principles;Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal;Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;Ability to prioritize and manage multiple contracts and tasks simultaneously;Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;Work on a team environment, presentation skills, familiar with presentations to stakeholders;Fluent writing and speaking in Italian and English (both languages mandatory).
