.Your ResponsibilitiesProcess Analysis and Optimization:Conduct a thorough analysis of existing processes, workflows, and systems within manufacturing operations.Identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities.Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance productivity while maintaining quality standards.Continuous Improvement Initiatives:Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and evaluation of continuous improvement projects.Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Kaizen events, and other improvement frameworks to drive sustainable change.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.Quality Assurance and Compliance:Increase team awareness in problem-solving tools by conducting on-site training.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.Training and Development:Provide training and coaching to employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting awareness, engagement, and participation at all levels of the organization.Support the professional development of team members through skill-building initiatives and knowledge sharing.Correct and efficient management of the resources in his responsibility, ensuring the correct waste sorting and compliance with good environmental practices and H&S rules and the correct action in case of emergency (environmental or H&S).Your QualificationsEducation/Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.Certification in Lean Six Sigma (e.G., Green Belt, Black Belt) highly desirable.Experience:Proven experience (1 - 3 years) in process improvement, preferably within the medical technology or healthcare industry.Specific Skills:In-depth knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.Good analytical technical skills (e.G., Excel, Queries, data structures).Basic problem-solving skills and tools.Fluent in English.Soft Skills:Good communication.Well organized.Team player.Ability to multitask and prioritize.Analytical skills.Commitment to diversity & inclusion.Your Competencies:Build for the Future.Deliver Results.Lead People.Lead Self.Model and champion Our Core Values.Your Benefits:Attractive salary.Permanent employment contract.Work in a multicultural and diverse environment.Referral commission.Medical Health Insurance.Initial and continuous training.24 vacation days off.Day off on your birthday
