Currently, the Lisbon Regional Delivery Hub is a WTW hub of excellence who has grown into a 250-colleague operation through strong commitment to operational excellence, value creation, client focus, integrity, and respect. The Lisbon Hub plays an important role for the company and will benefit from strategic investment over time, which is good news for talented people, our local offices, and the communities in which we live and work.
The main purpose of the role is to develop cross-functional process improvement initiatives focusing on the services provided by the Lisbon Regional Delivery Hub.
The Role
Your main responsibilities as Continuous Improvement Manager will be:

Performing a detailed study of Business Operations End to End (Clients, Vendors, People, Process, Technology) and determine areas for change and improvement.
Developing Business Cases that are approved by the Business sponsor that will include:
actions/solutions required to change and improve the Business Operations
linking these actions/solutions to very specific amounts of savings and C-Sat improvement metrics
Lead the design and implementation of continuous improvement strategies, methodologies, and best practices within the Hub Centre.
Analyse current processes, identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve overall performance.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify improvement areas, measure performance metrics, and make informed recommendations for process enhancements.
Collaborate across business and/or services to streamline workflows, improve communication and ensure alignment with company goals.
Working closely with the Business Operations Leaders to embed Operational Excellence (frameworks, tools, practices, etc.) across the business to help Improve Service Delivery, Reduce Cost, and Improve Capability.
Participate in work groups, projects, and facilitate meetings, workshops and coaching from change processes and activities.
Lead and execute improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and successful implementation.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a mindset of innovation and adaptability.

The Requirements
You are the person that we are looking for if you have:

A university degree or college degree in science, engineering, management, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in a Business Change or Transformation and Operational Excellence role in fields such as Insurance and Insurance Broking, Human Capital Benefits, Banking, Financial Services, Ecommerce, etc.
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking or PMP.
Solid Program and Project management skills.
Fluency in English.
Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
Ability to influence decision-making.
Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in commonly used and specialized software, such as working knowledge of RPA tools.
