In the meantime, check the opportunity below: Continuous Improvement Global Projects Manager What will you do? Drive project management activities such as Task Coordination and Resource Allocation: Assigning tasks and efficiently allocating resources. / Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress against the plan and timelines. /Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks. /Communication: Facilitating clear communication among team members and stakeholders. /Quality Assurance: Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. /Change Management: Handling scope, timeline, or resource changes. / Stakeholder Management: Informing and managing stakeholder expectations. / Documentation and Reporting: Keeping thorough documentation and providing status reports. Support investigation of country activities with impact in end-to-end process performance, detect improvement opportunities, support on solutions design and prioritization, closing the gap between finance and supply processes. Support diagnosis projects focused on investigating local processes impacting end-to-end business performance (producing comprehensive diagnosis report, root causes analysis, identify added value initiatives to surpass the detected problems) Drive the solutions' design and action plan preparation trough workshops with multidisciplinary teams Any other equivalent supporting action that would increase impact of SSC Continuous Improvement. What you'll need to succeed?: Fluent in English (other languages like French or German is a plus) 5 years of professional experience, 2 of those in project management Understanding of processes logics and language Experience in value stream optimization and process analysis/improvement Experience with Continuous Improvement/Lean practices. (Green/Yellow/Black Belt is a plus) Knowledge of Lean principles/tools as VSM, value vs waste, visual management, standard work, PDCA, SIPOC, one-piece flow, pull, 5S, etc
