And so, your career!Continuous Improvement Global Projects ManagerWhat will you do?Drive project management activities such as Task Coordination and Resource Allocation: Assigning tasks and efficiently allocating resources. Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress against the plan and timelines. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks. Communication: Facilitating clear communication among team members and stakeholders. Quality Assurance: Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Change Management: Handling scope, timeline, or resource changes. Stakeholder Management: Informing and managing stakeholder expectations. Documentation and Reporting: Keeping thorough documentation and providing status reports.Support investigation of country activities with impact on end-to-end process performance, detect improvement opportunities, support on solutions design and prioritization, closing the gap between finance and supply processes.Support diagnosis projects focused on investigating local processes impacting end-to-end business performance (producing comprehensive diagnosis report, root causes analysis, identifying added value initiatives to surpass the detected problems).Drive the solutions' design and action plan preparation through workshops with multidisciplinary teams.Any other equivalent supporting action that would increase the impact of SSC Continuous Improvement.What you'll need to succeed?Hard skills:Fluent in English (other languages like French or German are a plus)5 years of professional experience, 2 of those in project managementUnderstanding of processes logics and languageExperience in value stream optimization and process analysis/improvementExperience with Continuous Improvement/Lean practices.
