Bring high standards through process improvements and innovations Are you interested in improving processes with innovation and optimization?
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our team and enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will use your skills in Lean and Six Sigma to improve key processes across the organization, working in an innovative and multi-cultural environment.
You will manage initiatives that bring lasting change, empowering teams to adopt a culture of continuous growth and improvement.
Optimize production processes As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will guide efforts to enhance production processes.
Your task will be to:
Collect and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities within production processesManage improvement projects by conducting process improvement workshops with cross-functional teamsDevelop and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of process changesImplement continuous improvement methodologies such as KPI Tree, Problem Solving, 5S's, VSM, SIPOC, process mapping, and SMEDEnsure the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Model through daily meeting routinesYou will report to the Continuous Improvement Manager and collaborate with various departments.
This position is based in Esposende.

You also have:
