Optimize production processesAs a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will guide efforts to enhance production processes.
Your task will be to: Collect and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities within production processesManage improvement projects by conducting process improvement workshops with cross-functional teamsDevelop and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of process changesImplement continuous improvement methodologies such as KPI Tree, Problem Solving, 5S's, VSM, SIPOC, process mapping, and SMEDEnsure the implementation of the Continuous Improvement Model through daily meeting routinesYou will report to the Continuous Improvement Manager and collaborate with various departments.
