Continuous Improvement Engineer Full Time 3850, Albergaria-a-Velha With Professional Experience 12/19/24 We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer with a passion for process optimization and operational excellence.

Your tasks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse and prioritize opportunities for process improvement across departments; Design and implement lean strategies, optimize process flows and lead waste reduction initiatives that drive measurable improvements in productivity and efficiency; Conduct workshops and training to empower teams with continuous improvement tools and lean methodologies, fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving, continuous improvement mindset and operational excellence; Analyse performance metrics and KPIs to assess process effectiveness and pinpoint areas for improvement; Develop and document detailed workflows, processes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and sustainability; Report on project progress and results, presenting recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Your profile: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field (Master's degree is a plus); Minimum of 2 years in continuous improvement, process optimization or lean management roles, ideally in consulting or manufacturing; Skilled in process mapping, data analysis and lean tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
Certification in Lean tools and/or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is a plus; Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in english and portuguese; Experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams through change initiatives; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities with ease.
