We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer with a passion for process optimization and operational excellence. Join our dynamic Continuous Improvement team to lead high-impact initiatives, work closely with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in shaping our organization's future. This is your chance to make a difference by driving efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and implementing lean strategies that truly elevate our performance.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyse and prioritize opportunities for process improvement across departments;Design and implement lean strategies, optimize process flows and lead waste reduction initiatives that drive measurable improvements in productivity and efficiency;Conduct workshops and training to empower teams with continuous improvement tools and lean methodologies, fostering a culture of proactive problem-solving, continuous improvement mindset and operational excellence;Analyse performance metrics and KPIs to assess process effectiveness and pinpoint areas for improvement;Develop and document detailed workflows, processes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and sustainability;Report on project progress and results, presenting recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership.Your Profile:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field (Master's degree is a plus);Minimum of 2 years in continuous improvement, process optimization or lean management roles, ideally in consulting or manufacturing;Skilled in process mapping, data analysis and lean tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping). Certification in Lean tools and/or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is a plus;Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies;Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Portuguese;Experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams through change initiatives;Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities with ease.
