Content Steward Specialist

Job Description:We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational leader in the global food retail sector: Nestlé Business Services. They are currently looking to strengthen their team with a Content Steward Specialist (M/F) for the region of Lisbon.This person will be tasked with supporting the adoption and use of Nestlé global digital asset management tools, ensuring best practices are in place, and maintaining high levels of data and content quality.Main responsibilities:Act as Single Point of Contact for the assigned internal partnerIdentify and rectify gaps in the current Content Asset Management modelProvide support and guidance for content library managementSupport end-user engagement, content marketing workflows, collect data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights regarding content library managementAssist with end-user support queriesDeliver training on all aspects of content asset managementIdeal Profile:Proficiency in English (spoken and written)Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail in previous projects and experiencesGood understanding of marketing workflows and data (Taxonomy, naming conventions, etc.)Excellent understanding of digital asset management best practicesAbility to meet deliverable requirements, service level measures, and specific targetsExcellent communication skillsExperience in development and implementation of processes and best practicesStrong training and presentation skillsSolid planning and project management skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to handle various projects simultaneouslyWe offer:Direct job contract with NestléCompetitive salary and annual bonus according to your performanceFlex Benefits - you can choose the benefit that is most suitable for youHybrid work schedule (Lisbon)Career progression and possibilities for International CareerInitial and continuing trainingWe're waiting for you!
