TASKS:

Investigating and resolving issues regarding reported/flagged content on social media;
Handling and supporting client policies and guidelines;
Keeping quality requirements in terms of user safety.
REQUIREMENTS:

0 to 1-year experience working on content quality, safety or policy in a major tech or media company (preferable, but not mandatory);
Ability to work across shifts;
European citizenship or a valid work permit in Portugal;
Fluency in ITALIAN (C1/C2/Native), strong verbal and written command (min. B2 level) of ENGLISH .
