What You`ll Do: As a Content Quality Specialist, your role is critical in reviewing, analyzing, and moderating digital content to maintain and uphold the platform's high standards. You will:
Monitor & Review: Screen and assess user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and industry standards.Content Decision Making: Evaluate flagged content and decide on the best course of action, balancing the needs of users and the community.Engage with High-Sensitivity Issues: Address sensitive and complex content with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.Collaborate to Succeed: Work closely with a dynamic team, setting goals, sharing insights, and achieving performance targets together. What You`ll Bring: German (C2) and English (B2) Proficiency is Required for clear and effective communication.Strong Analytical Skills Ability to assess content critically and make informed decisions.Attention to Detail Capable of identifying nuances in content to ensure guideline compliance.Adaptability Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage challenging content with resilience.
