As a Content Moderator in Porto, Portugal (On-Site) , you will make use of your skills, supporting our client's different areas of social media platform. You will be an active part in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and participating in the service improvements provided to all users.
What you will do in this role
Review and moderate content to ensure adherence to platform guidelines
Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively
Analyze moderation reports and make accurate decisions
Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios
Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
Your qualifications
Fluent, verbal and written in Spanish
English level (intermediate)
Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment
Tolerance for sensitive content
Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
Ability to multitask, possess critical reasoning skills, communicate effectively
Fast learner, diligent worker
