The core of the company is our mission to help people get a great job abroad and to feel safe in their transition to a life in a new country.The RoleYour daily work will include tasks like these:Review user flagging reports regarding website contentUnderstand and remain up-to-date with client's policies and guidelinesAnalyze and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely mannerReview the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of qualityRecognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside of the established policiesUse market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user communityReview sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or otherwise disturbing subjectsIdeal ProfileYou speak and write Spanish at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).Experience in customer care is an advantage, but not a must.You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
