Content Moderator, Italian Speaker

We are currently seeking a Italian speaker to join our Portuguese team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in content moderation or a related field. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
Position : Content Moderator (Italian) for a consulting and outsourcing/BPO company based in Lisbon.
Job Type : Full-time, on-site.
Working rotating shift schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-10PM Responsibilities : Monitoring and regulating content on a social media platform to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
Reviewing user accounts and advertisements that may contain sensitive or inappropriate material.
Ensuring the quality and accuracy of the content by following established procedures and protocols.
Collaborating with other team members to address and resolve content-related issues.
Providing feedback and suggestions for improving content moderation processes.
Requirements : Language Skills : Proficiency in Italian at a C2 level and English at a B2 level.
Experience : Previous experience in content moderation or a related field.
Skills : Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
Other : Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
