What's the Job About?
As a Content Moderator, your mission is simple: you'll help maintain a positive online environment by reviewing and moderating Italian content.
Your role will involve working as part of a multicultural team, ensuring the platform remains clean and welcoming to all users.
From managing flagged content to offering insights that improve the user experience, you'll be at the heart of the platform's success.
Your day-to-day tasks include: Moderating content : Reviewing user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform guidelines.
Handling flagged content : Managing flagged posts, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring everything stays within community guidelines.
Collaborating with colleagues : Working closely with international teams to ensure smooth operations.
Providing feedback : Helping to improve the content strategy and make recommendations on content quality.
You'll need a keen eye for detail, good judgment, and a passion for content.
You'll be ensuring the platform stays engaging and safe, ensuring users have a positive experience every time they interact.
