About the job Content Moderator (German) Type of Contract: Permanent
Schedule: Rotative Shifts - 24/7 (2 days off)
Language Bonus: 450 EUR per 12 months
Meal Allowance: 1,837 EUR per year (net)
Gross annual income: 20,537 EUR
Relocation Package options:
Relocation from outside of Portugal:
Reimbursement of Airfare after 90 days of the contract up to 700 EUR in Economy class.
Hotel Room for 28 days depending on the project.
Relocation from inside of Portugal:
Reimbursement of travel costs after 90 days of contract up to 150 EUR in Economy class.
Hotel Room for 15 days depending on the project.

Tasks:
Reviewing online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices.
Ensuring accuracy in decisions related to copyright material.
Reviewing and updating content on a popular social media platform.
Auditing content for social media uploads.
Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per contract.
Maintaining knowledge of client products/services.
Adhering strictly to accuracy guidelines.
Protecting customer data and ensuring compliance.
