Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide content regulation services for a social media platform.
Ensure that the platform's content and user accounts are accurately reviewed and actioned to guarantee the safety of all users.
Maintain a high level of quality in each case reviewed.
Act in accordance with social media policies.

Requirements:
Fluency in both German and English, oral and written.
Quick learner with the ability to develop skills within a short period of time.
Resilience to stress.
Ability to distinguish personal beliefs from moderated content and policies.
Empathetic and motivated with a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail.
