Our partner BPO company is looking for dedicated Content Moderators to join a global project focused on maintaining a safe and positive online experience for users.
As a Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in reviewing, analyzing, and moderating content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate user-generated content to uphold platform guidelines and standards.
Assess flagged content and make decisions on appropriate action.
Respond to sensitive issues with professionalism and a high level of attention to detail.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily and weekly targets.
Qualifications: German language proficiency (C2) Essential.
English language proficiency (B2) Essential.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and challenging content with professionalism.
Salary & Benefits: Base Salary: 1,300 EUR per month, paid 14 times per year.
Language Bonus: 250 EUR monthly.
Performance Bonus: Up to 380 EUR per month based on performance metrics.
Meal Allowance: 7.63 EUR per working day (net).
