What you will do in this role Take an active role in continuously seeking initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.Review, audit and moderate content from the end customer and copyright.Review user behaviours and ensure compliance with Social Media guidelines.Analyse reports according to protocols, procedures and instructions, maintaining a high level of quality in each report.Be a central point of moderation between Social Media users, applying guidelines with reference to nuanced and context-dependent policies in an evolving environment.Make autonomous decisions against challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or business-critical nature.Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:
Fluent in verbal and written Italian (C1).Fluent in verbal and written English (B2).At least 6 months of relevant experience in related fields.Strong customer service-oriented skills.Tolerate repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment.Work effectively as a team member, as well as independently.Multitask, possess critical reasoning skills and communicate effectively.Be a fast learner and diligent worker.If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
