What you will do in this roleAs a Content Moderator, you will:Take an active role in reviewing user behaviours as well as ensuring the rules of the Virtual Reality areasAnalyze reports according to protocols, procedures and instructions as starting point, maintaining a high level of quality in each reportBe a central point of moderation between Virtual Reality users, applying our guidelines with reference to nuanced and context-dependent policies in an evolving environment Will make autonomous decisions against challenging issues of a potentially sensitive or business-critical natureFrom the beginning, you will take an active role in continuously seeking for initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience Requirements Your qualificationsConcentrix is a great match if you:Have a high level of German (written and oral C1) and fluent in English (B2)Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skillsHave the ability to multitask, possess critical reasoning skills, communicate effectivelyAre a fast learner, diligent workerAre proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
