What you'll do Join us as a Customer Journey Content Manager to create and execute our content strategy and design across customer touchpoints for our marketing and competitive intelligence platform, Link. You will lead and manage a comprehensive content strategy to build brand awareness, drive demand generation, and support lead nurturing and post-sale customer engagement. Creating high-quality content across various formats and touchpoints, you will engage and convert our target audience while collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform buyer persona profiles, and customer segmentation, and execute multi-channel campaigns. You will monitor and optimize content and campaign performance, ensuring timely deployment and continuous improvement based on metrics. Partnering with Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales you will develop targeted messaging and communications, enhancing our SaaS customer journey to attract and nurture in-market leads.
