We organise a whole week of activities for you to enjoy surfing, yoga, nature, and social life with people from all over. Job Overview: We are looking for a person with the ability to capture unforgettable moments while making friends and having one of the best summers of their lifetime. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting engaging social media content while creating memories for everyone that can be saved forever. Responsibilities: Capture unforgettable moments from our activities and programs. Create and follow a weekly plan with the help of the managers. Utilise our social media to generate more engagement and growth. Communicate and express interest in growing Wave Nest's reputation in the best image possible according to our values. Requirements: Have the material necessary to capture, create and post content. Proven experience in content creation and storytelling. Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram, with interest in learning more platforms like TikTok and Pinterest. Strong organisational skills to follow content plans and meet deadlines. Enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills. Daily tasks at Wave Nest As a Social Media Manager, you will be in charge of your own time. Your goal is to organise your schedule together with the management team and heads of departments to capture as many beautiful moments as possible. After checkout on Saturdays, around 12 am, the entire Wave Nest crew will unite to deep clean the camp for a few hours. Each member of the crew has a role, from stripping old bedding to sweeping floors and making the beds, ensuring the tent looks inviting and shared spaces are refreshed.
