The Challenge
The successful candidate will develop business insights by questioning quantitative and qualitative data from various sources in the Consumer Experience (CX)/Net Promoter Score (NPS)/Voice of Consumer (VoC) team. Collaborate with senior stakeholders (Head of Function, Head of Function-1) supporting with analysis. Independently establish own accountabilities and prioritize tasks based on their valuable contributions. Integrate different sources of information to draw conclusions, substantiating decision making, and explanation of consumer/business impact of actions performed.
By improving and supporting all NPS system streams to provide insights and reports to key stakeholders, ensures engagement and full commitment towards a consumer at the core mindset.
Your 'day to day'
Ensure the Voice of Consumer system (NPS) is working at full scale and proposing continuous development of tools to optimize measurement and discussion of consumer insights, collaborating closely with both regional teams and channels to implement system improvements.
Managing the callbacks process, promoting efficiency and alignment while motivating the team.
Support and enable the organization in implementing inner loops, from preparation to integrating and sharing relevant information.
Analyzing on a weekly basis all the consumer verbatims and actions implemented, liaising with different stakeholders to provide insights to MT (management team), SFP, CX team and Channel stakeholders.
Will prepare and participate actively in Consumer experience and Omnichannel forums, where will present relevant consumer insights, approved actions, and defined action plans to the HoF (head of function) and HoF-1.
Support consumer journey heads on projects, programs or initiatives development when needed.
Ensuring the deliverables/actions proposed and approved are followed up by the different stakeholders (project leaders/departments/frontliners) according to the timing agreed in an efficient way.
Work closely and support all Commercial Team in order to present insightful take aways coming from consumer insights in NPS system, to be incorporated in the strategy and programs design.
Work alongside with SFP, CX, Market Insights & Analytics and BI departments in order to improve the level of analysis and data quality.
Identify and systematize opportunities to improve current processes, systems and procedures.
Instill the new ways of working within the commercial organization, being an active role model within the respective projects and initiatives assigned.
Who we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience as a hands on business analyst either in-house or strategic consulting.
University degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Finance, Economics or related field.
Solid problem-solving/logic reasoning and strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of MS office: master of Excel and knowledge of Powerpoint, being comfortable in creating a clear presentation to share insights.
Knowledge of BI Tools such as SQL, Power BI will be a plus.
Critical stance, proactivity and attention to detail.
Organizational and planning capabilities, having the ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing circumstances.
Solid communication and relational skills, being comfortable to present to different forums from different backgrounds.
Team work and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
Ability to deal with ambiguity.
Fluent spoken and written English and Portuguese.
EU citizenship or a valid work permit to work in Portugal.
