Position Summary
The Consumer Engagement Services (CES) Analytics Specialist will be monitoring digital and social media channels, collecting, structuring, and analyzing data from multiple sources to support Brands and Functions with reputation management, consumer engagement, social insights, and content marketing.

Ensure all relevant data is processed, labelled and structured accurately in corresponding digital and media analytics tool.
Engage with the consumers using the most adequate form of communication for each social media channel.
Monitor the conversations in our platforms and across our competitors to provide actionable insights to the stakeholders to support the messaging and content creation processes.
Deliver data-driven conclusions, creating reports, dashboards or presentations according to Omnichannel analysis to address business answers (eg. Social brand equity, report, analysis of marketing campaign performance, analysis and insight on brand ecosystem, etc.).
Perform ad-hoc analytics to deliver reliable insights and findings relevant for stakeholders, taking initiative to present solutions.
Predict the potential reputation risks to be able to alert the respective Brands in order to prevent escalations and provide support in issue management.
Work closely with team members and partners to identify opportunities for improvement and execute analytic projects, supporting them in performance objectives meetings.
Set alignment calls with Market Partners to keep them updated of the analytics' process.
What will make you successful
Bachelor or master's degree in IT, Business Studies, Marketing, or similar.
Experience working in a major BPO or Consumer Engagement environment.
Experience with Social Media listening tools (eg. Social Studio, Socialbakers, Sprinklr, TalkWalker, Google Analytics or similar) is a plus.
Ability to work with large volumes of data, performing qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Strong Excel knowledge.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint.
Knowledge in data visualization tools as PowerBI.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Capable of problem solving and attention to detail.
