We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Agent with strong sales and marketing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring new property listings, negotiate deals, and manage marketing campaigns to drive sales.Key Responsibilities:Acquire property listings by securing agreements with owners, aiming for weekly targets.Use innovative marketing techniques to promote listings both locally and internationally.Handle all digital marketing channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), posting weekly and engaging with the audience to generate leads.Understand the local market to determine accurate property valuations and stay informed about relevant regulations, laws, and the local economy.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and expand your network.Ensure monthly sales targets are met, delivering consistent performance.Maintain confidentiality in all dealings and transactions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or a related field. A Master's or MBA is a plus.Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the golden triangle, with a proven track record of success.Proficiency in English and Portuguese is essential; other languages (French, Spanish, German, Russian, etc.) are a bonus.Must have your own car and laptop.What We Offer:Up to 55% commission on sales (potential average earnings: €7,500/month).Access to quality leads and strong team support.A great office environment with all necessary tools.Bonuses and opportunities to work in the luxury market.#J-18808-Ljbffr
