Your mission will be…
Design and refine consulting processes and methodologies to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices;
Implement systems and processes for knowledge management, ensuring that best practices, lessons learned, and key insights are captured and shared across the organization;
Develop and optimize strategies for how consultants engage with clients, ensuring that the approach is consistent, client-focused, and capable of delivering high-quality results;
Establish quality assurance processes to ensure that consulting engagements meet the highest standards;
Develop in collaboration with our teams comprehensive educational programs for consultants, focusing on both technical skills and consulting methodologies;
Work closely with all project teams to ensure that the exchange of synergies, consulting processes, and educational programs are aligned with business strategies.
We are looking for someone with…
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional certifications in process management or project management are advantageous;
5-8 years of experience in consulting, process development, or a related field;
Deep understanding of the consulting industry, including key trends, challenges, and best practices; Experience in the financial sector is a plus;
Excellent English writing and speaking skills;
Strategic Thinker, Detail-Oriented, Innovative, Collaborative, Result-Driven mindset.
