Who we're looking for
We seek an experienced consultant with a strong background in business and technology projects, particularly in business analysis. This role focuses on the business analysis and requirement management of a martech platform for a leading global FMCG company. Additionally, you will be part of the VML Consulting Team, with opportunities to engage in global and Portuguese projects in transformation, marketing and sales operating models, commerce, and loyalty.
What You'll Do
Business Analysis Responsibilities:
Document requirements, use cases, and process diagrams in BRDs.
Analyze business processes and project briefs to extract business requirements and review initial BRD drafts with Tech POs and Solution Architects.
Prepare requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
Define requirements-gathering strategies and elicit business requirements for prioritized features.
Stay informed of business backlog priorities alongside Initiative Leads and Project Managers.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather and clarify requirements.
Participate in backlog grooming sessions.
Partner with stakeholders, users, and Business POs to validate requirements.
As part of the consulting team, you can expect:

What you'll need
Qualifying for this role means that you must have:
An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in management, marketing, or engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in established consulting firms, focusing on technology and requirements-related projects.
Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to provide structured solutions to complex challenges.
Proven project management capabilities, including multitasking, prioritizing, and navigating ambiguity.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and strong Excel skills.
Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
