We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work.Who we're looking forWe seek an experienced consultant with a strong background in business and technology projects, particularly in business analysis.This role focuses on the business analysis and requirement management of a martech platform for a leading global FMCG company.Additionally, you will be part of the VML Consulting Team, with opportunities to engage in global and Portuguese projects in transformation, marketing and sales operating models, commerce, and loyalty.What You'll DoBusiness Analysis Responsibilities:Document requirements, use cases, and process diagrams in BRDs.Analyze business processes and project briefs to extract business requirements and review initial BRD drafts with Tech POs and Solution Architects.Prepare requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.Define requirements-gathering strategies and elicit business requirements for prioritized features.Stay informed of business backlog priorities alongside Initiative Leads and Project Managers.Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather and clarify requirements.Participate in backlog grooming sessions.Partner with stakeholders, users, and Business POs to validate requirements.As part of the consulting team, you can expect:Organize projects and teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.Collaborate with clients locally and globally to understand their needs and provide solutions.Develop clear takeaways from complex information using qualitative and quantitative methods.Communicate effectively, fostering a positive attitude.Work seamlessly with diverse teams.Who you areYou combine business analysis and project management skills with a positive attitude.You have a passion for problem-solving and a track record of high-quality work.You are a natural collaborator who excels at managing teams and ensuring timely delivery.What you'll needQualifying for this role means that you must have:An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in management, marketing, or engineering.At least 3 years of experience in established consulting firms, focusing on technology and requirements-related projects
