You'll be part of the UK Defined Contribution (DC) Consulting team, responsible for providing expertise and guidance to organizations and their employees on managing and optimizing their defined contribution retirement plans.
We assist with various aspects of the plan, including investment selection and monitoring, plan design and administration, regulatory compliance, participant education and communication, and overall plan governance.

We offer your birthday day and one day per year to focus on Volunteer work.We will count on you to:Provide input and support to consultants in the advice to both trustee and employer clients in governance and investment related topics;Support consultants in governance requirements such as Chair's Statement, SIP's, client engagements;Support consultants analysing strategy changes, single asset class manager and structure changes, market updates, climate change and ESG analysis, etc.
;Communicate effectively to external and internal clients in a non-technical manner;Support consultants drafting client presentations, meeting agendas/minutes and any other required meeting materials as well as supporting in the post meeting actions;Expand understanding of client needs and start assisting more senior colleagues in formulating plans to grow revenue and strengthen relationships with clients.What you need to have?Bachelors or Master's in Finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar.Fluency in English (C1).Motivation to learn and succeed as an analyst consultant.Ideally 1 year+ investment experience .Team Player attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to take ownership for work, always ensuring standards and deadlines are met;Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.About Mercer
