Your New Role Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for providing exceptional software support? Join our team as an IT-Consultant Software Support and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our software solutions.
Provide high-level support for software products, resolving complex technical issues Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems, collaborating with development teams for solutions Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users effectively utilize software features Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our software solutions Track and manage incidents using ticketing systems, ensuring efficient handling within SLAs Identify opportunities to improve software performance and user experience Assist with deployment and configuration of software updates and new releases Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive support and continuous improvement Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of common issues, solutions and best practices What You'll Need Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred; relevant experience and certifications considered Proven experience in software support or a similar role with strong troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to high-quality support Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Familiarity with the logistics or supply chain industry is advantageous Good knowledge of English  Apply Now!
