The opportunity EY is looking for a ServiceNow Consultant to join our Digital Engineering team. In this role, you will play a key role in providing the competitive edge our customers need to overcome some of the biggest creative and technical challenges around. You will help clients to realize the value they can gain from their IT investments — supporting strategy and being a key growth driver, guide our clients on their IT vision, strategy, and roadmap as they embark on building their transformation journeys. Our consultants in agile, cross-functional teams addressing some of the most significant issues, such as cloud, emerging technologies, digital transformation, enterprise agility, scaling high-growth businesses, exploiting the potential of AI. Your key responsibilities
- Participate in strategic projects to clients that operate in multiple industries
- Defining and implementing technical and business requirements to implement ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, GRC, ESG, etc
