Job Overview:
As a Product Owner, you will:
Drive the vision of the product
Define and prioritize the product backlog
Collaborate with the client and key stakeholders
Work closely with UI/UX designers to create designs that meet the vision of the product
Ensure user stories meet the definition of ready and are prepared for development
Work closely with the development team to provide guidance around the product direction and user stories
Accept user stories as they meet the definition of done
Track product progress and releases
Facilitate backlog refinement and participate in the daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospective
Drive client sprint demos alongside the scrum team
Coach and mentor more junior members of the team

Basic Qualifications:
3 years of experience as a Product Owner driving and delivering a successful Product Roadmap in an Agile environment
3 years of experience writing features, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria in a product development environment
3 years of experience working with clients to capture experience or technology nuances and enablers and translating them into actionable next steps
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Have extensive knowledge of a product delivery model from inception to execution
Have a solid understanding and ability to describe and articulate the roles within a product team and responsibilities of the roles within a full-scale product team
Have used and/or created JIRA, Rally or Version One boards to track project scope
Have experience using InVision/Zeplin to help develop UI/UX mocks
Are experienced working in an Agile development process or have an Agile certification (POPM, APM, CSPO)
Have the ability to manage conflict within an organization regarding planning and prioritization
Have excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Have strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Have knowledge of current technology trends, especially in areas like Cloud, IoT, Blockchain, and AI
Are an avid learner, initiative-taker, and team player
