The opportunityRecognizing the changing and fast-paced professional landscape, you will bring our broad range of capabilities and insights to enhance the role and effectiveness of the finance and operations function. You'll be part of our Performance Improvement group, helping clients with business and internal finance performance through a focus on providing business advisory services that achieve measurable benefits in operational effectiveness and strategic decision making.
Your key responsibilitiesAs a Finance Performance Improvement Consultant, you'll actively maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships.Collect and analyse information from the client and its sector, as well as the functional areas within the project.Identify potential challenges and business needs, and propose recommendations of a strategic and operational nature, to 'transform' our client's businesses.Contribute with insights and ideas and assist in drafting high quality project reports.Keep abreast of current industry and economic developments relevant to the client's business.Use technology and tools to continually learn and innovate.Support the implementation of recommendations and solutions, in close alignment with clients' teams, ensuring the creation of tangible impact.Skills and attributes for successDisplay teamwork, integrity and leadership.Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.A strong work ethic.Forward thinker and self-starter.Creative, proactive, team player and able to work under pressure.To qualify for the role, you must haveMaster's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.Minimum experience of 1 year in management consulting environment, audit, fintech's and/or background in financial industry sectors.Background in operational finance is desired.Demonstrated experience in project-based engagements in any or the combination of the following areas: knowledge in financial and accounting processes, consulting projects, ERP/technology implementations.English Proficiency.What we look forHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
