Job Title: Leasing Agency Consultant
Job Description Summary Role Purpose: We are looking for a consultant to join our Office Leasing Agency team in Porto. This role is crucial to our success and provides the opportunity to work in the commercial real estate market across Porto and Northern Portugal. The consultant will deliver office agency services and gain valuable experience by also supporting the industrial, logistics, and retail teams.
Key Responsibilities: Actively prospecting and generating new leads and instructions (cold calling, emailing, telemarketing, networking, and pitching)Holding owners and occupiers meetingsCarrying out commercial visits to the premises in the portfolioNegotiation of lease and sales transactions, renegotiation of existing leasesPresenting the various services that Cushman & Wakefield can offer to new leads and existing clientsCollaborating with the rest of the team at national and international levelsCollaborating with the rest of the business lines at a national levelHelping update internal databases and CRM with collected dataAttending weekly follow-up meetings to achieve set objectivesKnowledge & Experience: Passion for the real estate sector and a strong ambition to build a career in the industryExperience of at least two years in commercial positions in the Real Estate SectorGood academic backgroundGood level of English.
