An international company that works within the field of design, manufacture and installation of window, door and facade structures is looking for a Construction Project Manager in Ter?ena to join its team.

What will you do?
Plan the project: develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocations, and ensure adherence to schedules throughout the project life cycle, perform plan and fact analysis;
Manage the budget: create, update and carefully monitor project budgets and take preventive measures to control costs and avoid budget overspending;
Control Quality: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and customer expectations;
Procurement Managers: coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing materials, entering into contracts and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment;
Manage a team;
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and building codes throughout the construction process;
Take care of the safety and health of the staff;
Provide reporting on work performed.
