.About The RoleAbout this opportunity:Senior professional Construction Director responsible for managing the successful delivery of large-scale data centre construction projects and customer relationships.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.Positively engaging with customers and developing, growing, and maintaining customer relationships.Delivering high quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our Customer's requirements.Producing and presenting to customers.Preparing bids for services.Managing service delivery for profit.Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.About YouWho we're looking for:Experience managing mission critical related construction projects execution (data centres, life science, etc.).Excellent knowledge of technical requirements applied to the construction sector.Detailed knowledge and practical experience of project management techniques.Clear understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills.Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to work as part of a team.National mobility.Professional level of English.Qualifications:University degree - Building Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar.About UsA world of opportunity:Gleeds is a place to be part of something bigger.
