Sou uma empresa: The LargoConnector / Duty Manager (m/f) We are hiring a Connector / Duty Manager (m/f), As a Connector / Duty Manager, you will be the main liaison for guests, managing internal and external services and acting as the primary point of contact throughout their stay.
You will act as Manager on Duty.
Responsibilities include assisting guests with inquiries about attractions, facilities, services, and activities, providing accurate directions, and delivering excellent service.
You will anticipate guests' needs, ensure personalized service, facilitate guest experiences and account management with the Sales Team, and foster interactions between guests, the city, and the hotel.
Additionally, you will maintain updated guest profiles, handle requests, complaints, and emergencies efficiently, oversee arrivals and departures, manage financial transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare bills, and support Management with various tasks, contributing to the hotel's excellence through teamwork and proactive suggestions.
