Position Overview: We are hiring a Connector / Duty Manager (m/f).
As a Connector / Duty Manager, you will be the main liaison for guests, managing internal and external services and acting as the primary point of contact throughout their stay.
You will act as Manager on Duty.
Responsibilities: Assist guests with inquiries about attractions, facilities, services, and activities.Provide accurate directions and deliver excellent service.Anticipate guests' needs and ensure personalized service.Facilitate guest experiences and account management with the Sales Team.Foster interactions between guests, the city, and the hotel.Maintain updated guest profiles and handle requests, complaints, and emergencies efficiently.Oversee arrivals and departures, manage financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare bills.Support Management with various tasks, contributing to the hotel's excellence through teamwork and proactive suggestions.Candidate Profile: Our project seeks to be local in its connection to Porto, but with a global outlook.
